FRONT AND BACK WALKOUTS

In this exercise you sould be in a push up position on a yoga ball with your legs on the yoga ball. You walk your hands forward so that the ball goes to your toes for front walkouts. For back walkouts, you walk your hands back wards so that you are back in a push up position. This exercise helps to increase lower back strength.
