ONE LEG SQUAT AND REACH

A one leg squat and reached is performed so that there can be a little bit of a challenge with balancing. Stand on one foot. Then, bend the leg your standing on into a squatted position. After that, reach with your same arm as to leg to the ground. If it is too hard for you to reach, you can always just practice the balancement. An advanced version of this exercise would be to try it while holding a medicine ball.
