STANDING ON ONE FOOT

It may seem like a very simple task, but this can very much help increase your balance! Try to stand one one foot for 30 seconds at a time. Once this is mastered, go for more time like a minute and more! While doing this exercise, make sure thatyou do the same amount of time on both legs for equal balance!
