WHAT CAN YOU USE FOR BALANCING?

There are some things that you can use to practice your balancing.

Above is a picture of a balance board. A balance board is used to increase a persons balance. You stand on it by putting your feet on the black strips, and on either side of the middle piece. This is harder than what you can do with the BOSU below.

This piece of exercise equipment in the above picture is called a BOSU. You can stand on the blue part, or you can flip it over to stand on the black side. The blue side is easier to stand on than the other. You can practice balancing on one foot, both feet, and you can even do small jumps.
